To ensure maximum efficiency and flexibility, our working formats are split based on the nature of the role:
- For Back-End and Front-End Developer Interns:
- 100% Work From Home (WFH): Work from anywhere you have the best focus, saving you zero commuting time.
- For System Analyst (SA) Interns:
- Hybrid Work: A mix of WFH and office hours for efficient requirement gathering and direct collaboration with the team and clients.
- Working Hours (All Roles):
- Monday – Friday (5 days/week), 8 hours per day. Full weekends off!
💻 Open Positions & Responsibilities
System Analyst (SA) Intern
- Qualifications: Basic knowledge of system analysis and database management (MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle DB). Highly disciplined, hardworking, and possesses clear yet gentle communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements directly from clients.
- Design system workflows, diagrams, and interactive prototypes.
- Design databases, store procedures, and indexing based on technical principles.
- Translate requirements into clear, easy-to-understand specifications for programmers.
- Provide daily updates on project progress to the team.
Back-End Developer Intern
- Qualifications: Basic knowledge of OOP, C#, .NET Core Entity Framework, and MS SQL Server. Highly disciplined, hardworking, and able to collaborate smoothly within a team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop robust APIs and write unit tests to ensure code quality.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
- Collaborate closely with Front-End Developers and Testers.
- Provide daily updates on project progress to the team.
Front-End Developer Intern
- Qualifications: Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, ReactJS, and CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less, Stylus). Highly disciplined, hardworking, and a clear communicator.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed (low latency), responsiveness (UX), and SEO structure.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, Backend Developers, and Testers.
- Provide daily updates on project progress to the team.
